1) Just show the passes (they are in the app) at the entrance to the club, along with your boarding passes. No need to call UA at all. Class of service doesn't matter. What matters is whether or not there is room at the club, they seem to be turning me away frequently because "there are no seats at the club right now".

2) Present your old drink tickets on the plane and ask politely if they will accept them
