Well this is a new one (I think) -- I was actually logged out of my account in the midst of trying to make a booking. I originally thought I must have inadvertently closed a window, etc., but now I am getting the more familiar error of the website not allowing me to login at all, on any browser. Just noting the event here for purposes of providing a data point; will try again later today. Sigh.
