Just looking at ExpertFlyer, I can see BA197 changes to a non-F service from August 13th. What is interesting is that service still retains the B789 aircraft (just not selling F), so while the potential for you to still sit in an F seat is there (via FLUB), the Club section is Club World and not Club Suites which is where you will likely sit if you accept the downgrade.
I would suggest you just call BA and ask to be moved to the earlier IAH service (BA195) which retains F during August?
