Flying coach SAN to ORD to YYZ on UA on cruise included tickets.
Can we use a club at ORD with the free access included with my or my wife's United CC passes? In the old days, we just gave these passes to FTers (we would be in Business or first), then the passes became electronic and that took care of that. Now we may have OUR first chance to use them, but don't even know where to start? Do we call UA to redeem or what?
We are flying back FLL to DEN to SAN, as this is all domestic, also in coach it is my assumption that club is a no-go using above?
If we cannot use them, is there some way to gift them to a FTer?
We also have two Continental Airlines Presidents Club passes without expiration dates. Can they possibly still be useable, given the merger?

As a side question. We have drink tickets, and wonder which we can use on these flights, if any:
