LHR - MAN (flight 1, then cancelled). Asked at the podium. “Wot?” Chews gum. “Take a seat in the main area”. Flight then cancelled so I didn’t see what would have happened.

LHR - MAN (flight 2). Allowed into pen, albeit 1 gate agent struggled to understand why most passengers would need to use 2 BP - #1 from the earlier cancelled flight which held all the biometrics and #2 from the actual flight for boarding. The other gate agent got it instantly.
