No great surprise but the promised call back never happened and there has been no response to the web form I sent.
I’ll make a formal complaint and after a period of being ignored / fobbed off no doubt end up heading to MCOL
Hope it goes well, equally I hope they try to fix the issue.
Booking through BA has always made me nervous because they just don't have the transparency of other airlines who make their booking conditions very clear without having to go to Finnair and hopefully find the fare rules.
Now that they appear to be misselling, it makes transparency even more important. Need to overhaul the booking process and make it clear what is being booked, focus less on selling car rentals and hotels.
