I’m presuming the Text summary is generated somehow based on the complex fare rules or requires manual editing. I guess if this is an error entering that summary text the discrepancy is as appears in this case.
There’s no doubt, however, the ticket was purchased based on that text being presented, so it’s a clear case of being mis sold, and it’s great you have all the screenshots. I always do this too.
If YouFirst are also dragging their heals then I’d go to your CC company or as advised earlier in the thread.
