The standard 2-3-2 layout is fine in comparison to other PE products. The real trick is to get first row on either window side. There's enough room to put a rollaboard on the floor in front of the seat and make half a lie-flat seat out of it. I've slept fine many hours in that configuration. Service, food, etc., are pretty much the same as other PE. People complaining about it have either never flown it or have unreasonable expectations for an LCC.
