When I click on one of the NLL offers on the DOC page, it takes me to the log-in page for my AmEx account. I log in and it pre-populates the fields for the new card and appears to show me eligible for the bonus. I'm looking at the 130,000 miles + free night certificate for the Surpass card. I had the previous version of this card (Ascend?) until November 2022, and I currently have the no-fee Hilton card.

Should I be safe to assume I'll get the bonus if I apply for the current Surpass since it is showing up when logged into my account?
