What do you recommend?
(1) Walk - how much time for a fast walker?
(2) Or summon the bus from T2 - how long is the wait typically for the bus to come, and where will it drop me off in T5, in the Wiki it says “gates T11 and F5” is where the bus leaves from, but I couldn’t find any gate T11 on the Arlanda map.
Thanks for any advice.
T11 is on the ground floor of the T5, airside, near the base of the D-pier. It's at the bottom of the escalators.
If you look on the interactive map of ARN-T5, it is shown on level 2 as "11Y". I don't have a photo, sadly.
If you don't need to re-check bags to another airline, I would always take the bus. It normally shows up in about 5 minutes, and takes another 5 minutes to get to T5. It saves the hassle of clearing security again.
In the photos below, you can see the screen from which you summon the bus, and which also gives you an accurate estimate of the waiting time.
