I have encountered the same problem, however for a while I was able to view the Aeroplan booking (using the TK PNR) on their app. About 3 weeks ago it disappeared and now I cannot access it in any way on TK

The local ATL TK office says everything looks fine for the flight, but they are aware that the reservation cannot be viewed on TK's sites.

Frustrating to say the least.
