I’ve heard that Amex is doing this. Never experienced it though. Once when I paid for my trip with my Nordea Mastercard and the airline canceled the flight, I made a claim to the airline and they offered me a voucher, but I wanted to get my money back instead. They refused. I made a reclamation to Nordea and they paid the money back in few days.
