Am I the only one who still remembers the Hilton Amex? 1FIM =1 HH point. That's when I started my over 20 years with AX, putting most spend on it. And when I cancelled a couple of years ago, after one of their regular enhancements, they didn't even ask "why"?
PS - at the beginning of covid, I had to make a chargeback for a cancelled EZ flight, when EZ was less than forthcoming with refunds. CS tried to BS me with "use your travel insurance" until I read them the applicable parts of the (consumer protection) law.
