I’m flying IAH-MAN-SIN in the end of June. I selected the BTC Sea Bass and the BTC Wonton Noodle soup to MAN, followed by the XO scallops and egg noodle char siew to SIN.

Pre-Covid, my wife had the BTC lobster and was disappointed. Per Mrs Dog, it was great as an airplane novelty, but didn’t compare to what you’d find at a good restaurant (or dockside in Maine).
