Slated to open September 2024, per a just-issued press release from the investor/developer which enigmatically refers to its "existing hotel and serviced apartments in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City."

Meanwhile, the massive Grand Marina Saigon in Binh Thanh has dropped its JW branding, now officially known as "Marriott Residences Grand Marina Saigon." Glad that's sorted. Still seems like an awful lot of Marriott-branded apartments...
