I booked a flight flying on Turkish Air but booked it through Air Canada. There is no way for me to log on to my Turkish Air acct and see the flight, I can only see it through Air Canada. I have called Turkish 5 times now and they keep telling me there is no way for me to see it on their website as I booked through Air Canada. I have booked Etihad flights through Air Canada before and Etihad gave me their PNR and I could access the reservation through their website then. When I try to log into manage reservation on Turkish Air with the PNR Air Canada provided for Turkish, this is what the pop up window says:
Dear passenger,
This reservation cannot be viewed due to the sales channel in which it was formed.
You can apply to the channel where you have made your reservation to make a transaction.

They told me when it is time to check in, I can only do it at the airport 3 hours before my flight. I find this really hard to believe. Has anyone dealt with this before?
