By the end of the year, it will have three ex-Cathay Pacific dry lease 777s in its fleet to plug gaps.
And it is this month sending one of its existing Dreamliners to Singapore for a complete interior overhaul.
It is the first 787-9 to be fully refurbished and the job is expected to be finished in October, with Vancouver a possible first up.

The other 13 planes will be refurbished during the next two years, with the dated business premier section replaced with all new seats including four luxury suites at the front of the plane. New premium economy seats have hard shells and there are new options in economy.
