I would be starting at 0, now let's say I book a flight with Qatar LHR-DOH in D class.
The actual mileage is 3,259 miles. If I use wheretocredit it tells me I would earn 7,329 miles with AS
From an elite status perspective would I earn 3,259 miles or would I earn 7,329 miles for this flight?

Similarly if I flew LHR-SIN with SQ again in D the actual mileage is 6,765 miles and wheretocredit tells me I would earn 13,523 miles - same question as above, although now I suppose the question is more do these count as elite qualifying as SQ is not a OneWorld member (the reason I am asking is currently with BA status can only be earned with OneWorld partners)?

Again, thanks in advance for your help.
You can find all this on the following pages. Mileage accrual rates are at the end of each page.
Qatar
Singapore

For the QR flights in D, you would earn RDM at 2.25 times the mileage flown. For EQM you would earn 1.25 times the miles flown. For your example: RDM = 7,333, and EQM = 4,074.
For SQ RDM would be 2.0 times, and EQM 1.0 times. For your example: RDM = 13,530, EQM = 6,765.

Your status will be earned for AS, with an added benefit of achieving OW status through miles credited from all AS partners, even if they aren't OW members. I often have DE mileage credit that gets me over the hump to Gold or 75K. OW status is mileage origin agnostic.
