I consistently find that my UG Nominee does not appear on the UG list in the app yet always seems to get the UG.
Anyone else see the same pattern for their nominee?
A Concierge told me that there is a bug in the system that hides the passenger from the list when the passenger is not on the same PNR as the sponsor. Perhaps that is the case with nominees as well. I would think that the luck you've had getting every request approved has just been that: luck.
