TTP profile is updated with her new name (The Global Online Enrollment System, GOES, website was replaced several years ago by the Trusted Traveler Programs portal). The TTP profile update must be done in person at a Global Entry Enrollment center, however, it is only on a walk-in basis.
Thank you; you brought up an interesting point that I had missed: Once she gets her new passport she has to go to a Global Entry center *in person* to change her name; you cannot do this through the TTP. And, did I hear correctly that you cannot make an appointment for this? They only take walk-ins?
