
Had the ricotta and sundried tomato ravioli with mushroom cream sauce and asparagus with an insane chocolate dome as dessert. As usual MEX catering lives up again to the title of best AA catering imho. The main was especially good, arguably the best thing I’ve ever eaten on AA (I think the round dishes help with the reheating since there’s more room). The dome dessert, as previous reported here, is absolutely decadent and huge. Honestly if it was served on a larger plate, it would be indistinguishable from a dessert on QR or TK. Also gotta say I had probably the best crew I’ve ever had on AA and the lead FA was great about coursing an otherwise 1 tray meal, offering multiple top ups before, during, and after service, and was genuinely a super nice to every pax; something you don’t see much in AA nowadays. With the high level of catering and the great crew, for a sec I was thinking I was on a 5 star Asian/ME carrier and not AA (but then I realized I was in an uncomfortable Kodiak seat and I was brought back to reality).
