The Rimowa Hybrid is absolute trash. It's made out of extremely poor materials and flexes with very little clothing packed into it. When it flexes, the handle doesn't extend properly anymore. I've taken it to customer service and they claim it's working as intended. Which means that the lifetime guarantee is also trash. They designed a horrible product in what was a great line of luggage and now won't own up to it.

Stay far away from this brand at this point.
