Right, I think there will still be normal Diamond benefits like breakfast, but I doubt they would have the daily cocktail hour with free drinks/snacks for Gold/Diamond members like Conrad/WA and it's not listed as a resort yet so I can't use the Aspire credit. Have you stayed at Milaidhoo or heard good things about it? Wondering why you switched and if I should think about doing the same.
gotcha - tbh cocktail hours are not super important to me so I can pass on that. The main reason I switched is that the Conrad only had a beach villa available for my dates, and I had asked them for an upgrade to a pool villa which came in at $300 a night. The milaidhoo offers an insanely big villa, that already comes with a huge pool, for a 40k points difference (I’m staying 4+1 nights). It was a no brainer to me - ratings and reviews are also glorious. The property seems to have better quality food overall and better marine life, both of which are important to me. It’s also currently selling at almost 17k$ for my dates, which made the redemption quite appealing overall.
That being said it’ll be my first time in the Maldives so we will see, can’t imagine it’ll be horrible
