I booked flights on Delta on January 26th, 2024, and now I want to cancel them for eCredit. However, I'm getting different answers from Delta representatives. One rep said I just need to book travel by January 26th, 2025, while another rep said I need to both book and fly by that date. Can anyone clarify what the correct policy is?
