i don't want to diminish your success - but that isn't really winning a case as such, or BA admitting your arguments were persuasive. they just decided to give up and throw some money at you to settle. there was no judgement, so no one can say whether your arguments would have been successful. this is not a criticism - i would have done the same and accepted the settlement as well.
