Currently booked MLE>DOH>LAX>PHX in Business on Qatar for the first two legs and Economy on American the last leg. Qatar apparently reduced the frequency of their DOH>LAX flight - our 01:25 departure no longer exists, so was moved to the 08:05 departure - and we now miss our connection in LAX. I’m extremely nervous to have AA attempt to rebook the final leg for fear they’ll somehow mess up the Business portion on Qatar. Any insight as to whether they’ll be able to change the AA leg easily given the schedule change has us arriving in LAX 4:30+ hours after our final flight departs? Do I ask for a supervisor or specific team to better my odds? Or do I just leave the booking as is, book a separate LAX>PHX flight, and figure out luggage on the fly? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
