I wanted to mention that the stairs in the lobby are long and steep to enter the hotel. The Marble Arch tube station next door has no elevator/lift. Together this hotel is especially bad for anyone with knee issues.
at this property if your room has a balcony and the windows are locked call down to the front desk, they WILL open it for you.
