Update 7/9/2024- We just wrapped up a 2-night stay with 2 rooms for 4 adults and 2 kids (though my oldest, aged 13 and 14, are considered adults). We indulged ourselves over the two days, enjoying all meals, poolside snacks/drinks, and dinners, and spent only $500 out of our $800 resort credit. We're not sure how to use the remaining $300 resort credit for the rest of the year. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived, with staff greeting us by name and escorting us to the Diamond check-in area on the 33rd floor, where the Executive Lounge is located. They truly made us feel welcome, providing a level of diamond treatment that many places, especially in the U.S., often overlook.
