Here now. Got in last night so don't have much yet to report - but I confirmed Globalists can have breakfast in lounge or in restaurant. CL has limited food assortment but lounge Is comfortable. I'll eat in restaurant later. I like the feel of the lounge. I could sit here and write.

I didn't realize there were two lounges - one for families that is larger and one for business that is smaller. I prefer the larger one.

Property reached out to me in advance if I have special requests. I asked for my extra water. They said they would have. I double checked at check in and they said they would have. They didn't put extra water in room. I called duty mgr who kindly arranged a case to be sent up so in happy with the service recovery.

Oddly there were dirty dishes from room service in front of my room when we arrived which was a little disgusting. Not sure if another guest put in front of door or what .

I've been told rooms on floors 6-8 have not been renovated with Japanese style toilet. All regency suites, which I'm in, are on 6-8 and thus have not been renovated and don't have japanese style toilet. Two other guest said they moved from 7th to other rooms because they were unhappy they were in unrenovated rooms. The other two guests said they were unhappy with service and price/value

I don't consider the regency suite a proper suite as there's no door between living room and bedroom. Problem as my kid and I like to stay awake, work up early at different times. I wish there was a door. I've been up for several hours working out of cl.

Molton Brown toiletries which is nice. Frustrated there aren't power plugs on both sides of bed so no place for me to charge phone. They also don't have an adapter in room. Why don't hotels install intl outlets?

Service has been uneven so far. Nothing great but nothing terrible but only been a night

One thing is club lounge doesn't have ice tea. That's disappointing that they can't figure out how to get that...

Oh and at least in morning there doesn't seem to be a cl dress code. People are wearing t shirts, athletic shorts and even room slippers. I know this puts some people off but I actually like as sometimes I just want to relax and don't want a dress code
