Unable to Select Open Seats on SAS Go Smart: "Products Selected are Not Available"
I'm flying SAS Go Smart tomorrow, and I encountered an issue when trying to select a seat. Although I was assigned a seat at check-in, I'd like to change it. However, whenever I try to select an open seat, I get the message: "products selected are not available."
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a known solution or workaround? I've tried different devices and browsers, and cleared my cache, but no luck. Any advice would be appreciated!
