Unfortunately their outsourced IT and outsourced web development seem focused on 'enhancing' the UI to make it more annoying and difficult to navigate around instead of making sure basic things actually work.
Yes there are lots of known issue.
So Marriott outsourced their IT Dept. No wonder the Marriott rep said they don't have IT Dept. Marriott knows there are lots of issues, but that doesn't mean they are on the list to go to the outsourced company to fix.
