I wanted to mention that the stairs in the lobby are long and steep to enter the hotel. The Marble Arch tube station next door has no elevator/lift. Together this hotel is especially bad for anyone with knee issues.
Marbe Arch is a awful station if you can't walk up stairs or are carrying large and/or heavy luggage as there are no elevators.

The tube/metro station at Bond street (Elizabeth line exit) has modern large elevators, but the overground walk to/from the hotel is obviously much longer.
