Click on dining tab, then you can lookup the meal for your route. It's typically a 3-month cycle (have to wait if flight is more than 3onths away) , 2 options per flight.

You can preorder special meal if you don't like the two options (or risk one option running out, though Ive never seen that happen across the NH fkights I've taken ) AND it's a native NH flight number (I don't think you can preorder if your flight is a code share number)

The current meals are not vegetarian (Japanese salmon flake+egg+rice, or western chicken penne with cream)Nh885 is red-eye overnight flight not 5:30pm flight, hence the breakfast options?
