Had to make a one night stop in Toronto this week. Arrived too late for evening lounge. Upgraded to an xx28 suite. AC effectively non functional, couch covered in years worth of stains, ridiculous tiny bathtub shower.

The hotel is a lot less appealing when you're not hanging around for a few days to make use of the lounge for work and evening cocktails.

Changed reservation for the way home to the Courtyard and it was a much nicer room if you just need to crash for a night.

edit: not meant as an endorsement of the Courtyard, it could be the airport Element for all I care. Just that there's no point to the Sheraton Centre if I'm just crashing for the night.
