Fares tend to fluctuate until about 54 days out, although Hawaii may be an exception.

I find moving about in-cabin easier on a 752. There's more more bin space on a Max 8.
hawaii is different. Many continental 48 routes it’s about 28 days you can get decent prices outside of special sales like 50% off or points sales. The exceptions are going to be special events going on at a location. This year with the political conventions fares are higher to and from when it happens. In 2026 forthe World Cup games thr day before a match the tickets will be sold. This year with the buffalo bills st the LAcramsvin devember WN created special direct flights that quickly sold.

Hawaii is a place, like europe, where booking is done 6+ months before travel.

I just need to find out of the Southwest flights have any extra leg room rows, although I think somebody mentioned any of the seats on Southwest flights going to HI are roomier in general because of the plane they use and not sure if it's the same with Economy on UA? Southwest has free bag checks and free wi-fi, so that's a huge plus for a long flight. I wonder what the odds are that I could get the trip for 200,000 miles on SW when flights start showing up for July 2025 travel around November of this year?
business select doesn’t give you much of advantage other than the between those connecting.

when I looked at routes this month I saw a flight going through sacramrnto SMF that won’t have as much feeders in it as a flight out of oak, vegas, or Phoenix will. As i mentioned before, you take a pm flight from hawsii limits connections thus you likely see lower fares do a split trip.
