There are a lot of 'known issues' with the website that involve basic functionality... like being able to actually view your upcoming reservations.

Unfortunately their outsourced IT and outsourced web development seem focused on 'enhancing' the UI to make it more annoying and difficult to navigate around instead of making sure basic things actually work.
