I believe people don’t use it that much anymore so Amex has lost some money because of that.
I know of ONE person who puts most of their spend on amex, though I dont understand why 😀😄
They need to incentivize spend but they just do the opposite in my view.
When I had my amex I only spent on trips for the insurance everything else went on crypto cards 2ith high% Cash back or on ay visa
