Priority rewards are determined by SQD but if I have an issue with a missing priority reward and not missing SQD what would be the best AC contact to reach out to? The SQD on my account for last year adds up and makes sense and I was correctly given 3 priority rewards of which I've used 2 so far this year. However, I just noticed that my account is showing 0 priority rewards now and that final reward wasn't due to expire until September. And there hasn't been any suspicious activity on my account to indicate someone hacking my account and using the reward.
