We also stayed in a Deluxe room on points. The website shows a lovely balcony with 2 chairs and a table. There was a cord lock on the door to the balcony however that only allowed it to be opened an inch. The view was an adjacent building..
I wanted to mention that the stairs in the lobby are long and steep to enter the hotel. The Marble Arch tube station next door has no elevator/lift. Together this hotel is especially bad for anyone with knee issues.
