Do you have long term data on Regent PQC? im quite frequent guest and i played around the booking calendar and there were some dates were +50k but lot of the dates were 60-70k. I tried weekdays and weekends. Low seasons and high season. I would say on average they have raised points requirement by 10-20% and a lot more for high seasons peak days.
Not sure if you know this but...
To see all the rates till the end of schedule (ie 11+ months), on the app choose a date beyond one year where there will be no availabilty. For the hotel you are interested in click on "Flexible dates" and you will be able to see all the points rates (or cash rates if you select that) for the whole year where bookings are possible. It's a good way to see how points rates vary by season, weekends, special events etc.
