BA285 delayed today due to a crew member being held up or something, then needing a replacement, which at Heathrow takes about two hours apparently. Some pax had already boarded I believe, before boarding was suspended - not sure what happened to them. I legged it to T5B lounge when I saw the delayed status a few seconds before the T5C announcement. Not sure if the issue was with flight or cabin crew member.
