We have had three clients in Amanzoe villas in the last month. One was happy and would consider returning, one was delighted and considered it amongst their best ever stays, another was deeply, deeply disappointed to the point compensation was offered. And based on all the issues, rightly so. What worries me most is not that an issue happens, as we all know it can; it's that after two weeks of trying to formalise the compensation, it would have been more constructive to communicate with a lettuce. If a property has issues, that's one thing; when a property stops caring, it is deeply concerning.
