I stayed there for two nights last year while in Sicily. We had to move rooms three times due to the AC being broken in two rooms and they brought out a fan for the third room which was disappointing but on par for Italy in the summers.
The pantry had a lot of San Pellegrino and Acqua Panna water bottles when we stayed there but it looks like there's a water machine now? That is disappointing but at least the pantry had some snacks and ice cream for guests to enjoy.
No more bottled water, just a water machine. There are non-alcoholic - Pepsi, Mirinda, however. Otherwise, the air conditioners have obviously been replaced (the central units on the roof of the hotel looked new). Also, the top floor seems to be closed for renovation.
