There seems to be different baggage policy for Economy light fares when booked via DL website vs VS website for the same fare.

VS website lists no checked baggage while DL website lists 1 free checked baggage (when booked as DL codeshare).

Is this a website glitch? Or is it normal to have different baggage policy for same flights when ticketed on DL vs VS?
