Not sure this falls into the Ultimate Reservation Guarantee, so I'll ask the experts: I booked a room rate that included a gift. Upon check-in, the agent had never heard of it. Said to ask at check-out. Asked then and they were equally unaware. Said they'd have a manager call me. I asked about the URG and the desk agent was also unaware of that. It's now been a week and still no contact by the hotel, so I'll go to Marriott CS for help, but wanted to know if failing to deliver on the rate inclusions falls under the URG?
