I generally agree with you. I'm completely gobsmacked at the amount attention this dated property receives in this forum...

If you gave me $10K and said I could go anywhere in the world, I'm not sure if Hawaii would even be in my top 50 (or 100?)

Not saying I haven't or won't go again, but it's highly, highly overrated.
