dp: booked advanced / non-refundable rate on 6/27, card charged, 6/29, processed 6/30, credit issued on 7/2. I had to call the hotel on 6/29 to charge my card because for some reason they did not process the charge.


Did you cancel and rebook prepaid? Did you get your credit?
