When signing up for a SIMON bulk gift card purchasing program, they send an email stating you have to go into a mall office and purchase $2k in gift cards to fully activate your account. Until then, your account is on hold. Many offices said they no longer sell gift cards. Anyone have an idea of how to proceed if that's the case?
