I was so excited for this and after i read the T&C I am not as excited. There is a lot here for most people. The 400SQM is cool if used right but does not count towards MM. The Avis deal is the same except for the additional point per dollar. I have been checking various rental dates and flights for the past month and nothing has changed.

The 125% points is nice but i earn enough from just flying and using my cards. I will hold off spending as much as I can I until the 40% on AP C/C period as well as spending at Journie.

Pricing is also an issue. The basic fares are cheap and when you get to flex they sure jump over 100% in some cases.
