G-TTNX is on its first revenue flight now to Berlin (BA992). Previous NEO's use to take up to a week of prep prior to entering service, but the last few have really come online much quicker (this one is less then 48hrs since delivery). I wonder is more pre-service work being conducted in TLS/XFW ahead of delivery or are the Engineering teams just become more familiar with the entry to service process?

Didn’t the previous Neos have the Pinnacle seats fitted by BA engineering in London rather than airbus, and airbus just did the Recaro seats? Could that be part of it?
